    I never got a message containing my download code for ea access? Are they rolling these out slow? My brother in the room next to me got his code. Anyone know of there's a support form for the ea access beta on xbox one/live? Any help at all would be appreciative.

    I just check my msg on live an there was a access code for ea vault, just finished downloading it now. it seems that we still have to pay to use it even though were beta testing it for them. theres 6 gms available atm. soccer, basketball, football, pvz,
    poggle 2 an nfs rivals.

    I found the solution, you need to enter First the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked

    I have the solution now!

    XBOX-support couldn't do anything, neither did EA. BUT EA's guy knew what to do!

    EA Access blocks this code from being redeemed!

    I just phoned microsoft, and a lovely lady cancelled my subscription to EA Access and refunded me.

    I just redeemed the code successfully.

    Now ill just activate EA Access again.

    I guess its a glitch, EA might have thought that they don't want Access users to accidentally buy the games they can get from access
