Ea access code still not arrived after 11days

I Preordered FIFA 17 of Xbox store which promised EA Access code for a month and I have not received it and it's been 11days please help

i pre ordered fifa 17 about a month ago but never received the 1 month ea access code. Ive been on live support and they told me to come here. Thank you.

Same is happening to me...no ea access code after the preorder of fifa...but the code arrives on the mailbox or where else?

tried removing it and clearing cache and still gives me the same error code. Also the play button is not greyed out and I still have 11days and 2hrs before it expires.

Hey man! It looks like you're referring to the EA Access trial that comes with the $99 version of the game. Did you receive the code for EA access? It should have been delivered to your message center on your console or here on Xbox.com - it can take as
much as 7-10 days after the purchase for the code to arrive. You will first need to redeem that code to start your trial. Then, you will need to start the EA Access app and look in the Trials section to download the early access full-version of the game. You
will be able to put in a total of 10 hours of early access gameplay before the official release date.
