    Hi right back in september when I pre ordered fifa 16 through the xbox marketplace I recieved a code for a month worth of ea access, and earlier today I thought I would redeem the code as ive been saving it but obviously I found out that xbox deletes your
    messages on xbox one after a certain while . So is there any way for me to get the code back or is it gone forever now?

    I just get back home from my holidays , and when i updated my xbox , i lost all messages i had...

    There i had a EA ACCESS code and now i cant recover that code as the message was removed.

    Can any ADMIN help me to recover the code?
