Ea access code not received on purchase of Fifa 17 super deluxe edition

I've spoken to two people who work for you about me not getting my ea access code on purchase is the dada 17 super deluxe edition they refered me to you and they said that you could supply me with a code if you can see my purchase on my account.

Haven't received my EA Access code

Hello, I bought the FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition at the Xbox Store a while ago but I have not received an EA Access code.

I pre ordered the FIFA 17 super deluxe edition, which includes a one month trial for ea access, and i haven't received my code yet. Can anyone help?

We'd be happy to assist, however the EA Access codes are sent within 7 to 10 days after a pre-order. When did you pre-order the game? You can find this information on
commerce.microsoft.com in your purchase history.

Hello, After talking to several Support channels and most recently to the Microsoft support, they advised me to comment on this Topic.

I also Pre ordered FIFA 17 10 days ago, and didnt recieve the access code.

I would really appreciate the code being sent before the full game release as this is the main reason why i bought the game in the Microsoft store.

Hello, I also contacted Microsoft support, and they also adviced me to comment on this topic.

On the 22th of September I pre-ordered FIFA 17, because of the early access. But I did not receive the EA-Access code yet. I would like to receive the code before the game release as this is also the reason why I bought it.

This is why I preordered Fifa 17 because I love the game and wanted the early access to play it as soon as possible. Reciving a code for the early access before the actual release would be nice.

As Mister Mascot advised above, codes are typically sent 7-10 days after the date of preorder. We do not have a way to provide codes ahead of time.
