i pre ordered fifa 17 about a month ago but never received the 1 month ea access code. Ive been on live support and they told me to come here. Thank you.

Preorder battlefield 1 ultimate edition no 1 month ea access

I preordered battlefield 1 ultimate edition on 14/09...now is 25th and the code of 1 month ea access not arrived!

Help me please and send a code!

Hi, my Fifa 17 early access (ea access code) has not been sent to me yet after a good week of preordering, is there any way you could help.

Hey man! It looks like you're referring to the EA Access trial that comes with the $99 version of the game. Did you receive the code for EA access? It should have been delivered to your message center on your console or here on Xbox.com - it can take as
much as 7-10 days after the purchase for the code to arrive. You will first need to redeem that code to start your trial. Then, you will need to start the EA Access app and look in the Trials section to download the early access full-version of the game. You
will be able to put in a total of 10 hours of early access gameplay before the official release date.
