    EA Access code no longer in my messages


    I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 almost as soon as it was announced and shortly afterwards received a message through my Xbox with a months free EA Access code. I didn't want to use it straight away but now when I came to use it the message is gone.

    EA access code gone

    I pre ordered the super deluxe version of madden 17 and later received a message with the code for a free month of EA access. Today I went to my messages to find my code and the message was no longer there. With the game releasing early on the 17th to EA
    access members I would like to use my code to play this game during that time,but can't due to my problem. Help please

    EA access code promotion

    Apparently there were messages sent out by microsoft with EA access codes. I also learned that messages aren't kept longer than 30 days. Any chance I could get the EA access code again?
