EA Access Code Missing

Hello guys,

My Gamertag is and I pre-ordered FIFA 16 back in september 15 of 2015, I was meant to receive a code of EA Access which I received, however I didn't use it by the time and I want to use it now, the thing is my messages auto-deleted a while ago and
the code isn't there anymore, the last one I can see is from December 10/2015.

I would like to ask for a new code since I didn't use it and can't find it either, would be awesome if you guys help me out with that.
