    Hello,

    Looks like I have lost my free EA access code message which was in my inbox on Xbox One, which I had stored to use it later while my current subscription was ongoing. However it looks like now all the messages in my inbox has been deleted and this free EA
    access code which I received for purchasing FIFA 16 was one of it. It would be glad if I get someone resend the code to my console inbox.

    Could you post back with which specific promotions you would have received these codes for? That will help us know where to look! Additionally, I would ensure that you've waited at least 10 days as these codes normally take 7-10 days to come through after
    pre-ordering.

    I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?
