    EA ACCESS CODE ISSUE


    Hello

    I pre orderd FIFA 16 on Friday 18/9/2015 and they send me an EA Access code free subscription for one month after 7 days from pre ordering the game ,but the problem is I left the message for a month without applying the code then the message disappeard!!
    I contacted Xbox Custemer Service and they said go to Xbox One Support and post your problem there and surely they will help you . So please help me with this issue.

    Yeah I think it can be retrieved by one of them and I hope someone will help me , but you know I posted my issue before 14 days and no one replied except you thankfully ,and surely I'll use the link that you gave me .
