EA Access code help!

i have received an access code for the EA Access Beta, when i tried to redeem it, it said it was already redeemed and once i went back to look at the message it was gone. I have contacted EA, they said to contact Xbox and they will give me another code.
so when i talk to chat reps they said i have to leave a post on the forums. EA said if there is any problem from Xbox not disbursing me a code that to ask for a conference call from EA and Xbox.

Looking for an EA Access beta code

To any fellow Xbox gamer willing to help.

Yesterday I joined the Xbox One dashboard preview program. I’m very interested in joining the EA Access beta program, but apparently since I joined after the 27 of July I haven’t received the code to download the beta.

Is there any Xbox gamer that is part of the dashboard program and isn’t interested in joining the EA Access beta, willing to share his code with me?

Sorry but support misinformed you. If you are in the beta then you should post all beta issues in the beta forums.

No, i had a Code for EA Access but my message got deleted and now Xbox is just not helping me up i have been going back and fourth for 3 hours with Ea and Xbox support staff

 

Sorry but if you are not in the preview then we cannot help you. The only way you would have gotten an EA Access code would have been if you were in the preview program or if EA sent you one directly.

 

Hey, Lupe! Onyx is correct here. If you got an EA Access code, you will want to post in the Preview Forums. The only people that received EA Access codes are in the preview program and you'll need to get support through them.
