EA Access code for one year works only one month

I received a code for EA Access for a year, but when I entered the code, the application shows me it's only valid for a month. Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi,

You should double check that the code was indeed for one year.

You should also check your email for any receipts referencing your membership.

I also suggest you heading over to the Services page where you can confirm the length of your membership.

I bought a 1 year ea access code, i tried it, it said it didnt work, i performed a full restart of the xbox, it still didnt work. i also checked if it just glitched out and didnt come by trying to download an ea access game but it said to purchase one. i
also checked if my XBL ran out which still has 3 months .
