    ea Access code doesn't work


    i preordered the fifa 17 xbox one s bundle.

    but my one-month subscription code doesn't work.

    after pressing confirm (Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement) i just get an error code.

    what can i do?

    but doesn't work. it was inside a bundle xbox one+fifa+ea access, can I have a new one?

    it acknowledges it's a code for EA access but doesn't redeem it.

    I found the solution, you need to enter First the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked
