    EA Access Code Deleted


    Good morning,

    Evidently XBL messages delete after 30 days (which I was unaware of...). I pre-ordered FIFA 16 and received a code for 1 month of EA Access via an XBL message. When I went to retrieve that message today I found that it had been auto deleted.

    I just spoke with Xbox support and they requested that I post in this forum to see if I could get a new code...

    Ea access code deleted

    Hi, I recently preordered FIFA 17 and i received a message with a code for 1 month ea access. However my friend deleted the message and the code. Is there a way to retrieve the code? Please respond ASAP as the code must be redeemed in october.
