I BUY A EA ACCESS MENBER 1 YEAR'S GIFT CARD FROM JB HIFI IN AUSTRALIA. BUT THE CODE CANNOT WORK.

THE MESSAGE IS " Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred. THE ERROR HAS BEEN RECORDED AND MICROSOFT WILL WORK ON FIXING THE ISUUE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

EA ACCESS CODE disappeared

Garden Warfare 2 demo gift one Month EA ACCESS CODE message disappeared,I do not use.

I can not find that message in the XBOX ONE,please help me.

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at
http://billing.microsoft.com and
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

You should be able to just redeem another code for X amount of months for EA access or use a creditcard to lengthen your membership. EA access can stack membership up to 3 years

Guys get onto the chat with an advisor and ask them to cancel your ea access (you can reinstate it afterwards) and then use the code, should work, worked for me anyway.

If you dont have ea access....erm
