    EA Access code buying FIFA 16, code never submit


    In 2015 September 14, i purchased FIFA 16 digital preorder with a 1 month EA Access code that i never submit, but the Xbox Live system deletes messages after 30 days, and i never take a point about the code. The xbox support doesn´t had the history messages
    about a Gamertag.

    Now, i talk with xbox chat support and the best response its create this thread about my issue.

    I want my code back, because in Xbox 360 i never had a problem with the messages.

    I pre ordered FIFA 16 deluxe version and I did not get my ea access code. I ordered the game on the 15th of August and waited for the code but never got it. The code was for one month free of ea access.

    Hey, Rodareva! For clarification, Xbox Live messages have always automatically deleted when 30 days hit or when a user's inbox became full.

    For your particular issue, we will be unable to provide you a code. The codes for that promotion have already expired, and we are unable to provide a replacement code due to the age of the promotion. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!

    Yeah I bought the console pack that included fifa 16 and ea access for a month- ea access code was there but fifa 16 wasn't. Surely the original purchase retailer has nothing to do with it, people in xbox must have forgotten to include it
