EA Access // Can't play the games

Hello,

Ever since today I have subscribed to the EA Access service on the Xbox One S.

But every time I install a game from the EA Access Vault it gives me the error "Do you own this game or app".

All the other games from the online store work perfectly, only the EA Access games won't start.

I've tried a hard reset three times but nothing seems to help.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

EA Access and Filesharing.

Yes, you can game share EA Access, but the only thing that you can use, is the games in the vault. You can't share early access trials and discounts. Only the games in the vault. So in your case, you can't play Early Access

I have exactly the same issue. Xbox support say its ea's problem, ea say its xbox live problem. any help please??

The only way to play the games from the EA Access is to be signed into the account with the EA Access and download the game then go to the other account, but the Trails can't be shared

Yes, you can game share EA Access, but the only thing that you can use, is the games in the vault. You can't share early access trials and discounts. Only the games in the vault. So in your case, you can't play Early Access
