Discus and support ea access canceled? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I signed up for ea access this morning, after i put in my payment info i get an error message that states oops we had an error on our end, please...     So I signed up for ea access this morning, after i put in my payment info i get an error message that states oops we had an error on our end, please try again later. So I check and have been charged for the subscription and the account says it was canceled
    on the same day!! I call customer support and they tell me it was there fault and they will be refunding me in 2 weeks!! Thats totally bogus. They even we cant even do anything for your inconvenience since ea access is 3rd party. So in short I'm out $30 and
    Microsoft barely apologizes or even cares.

    If you do not want EA Access anymore, you should be able to cancel it on
    account.microsoft.com     then select services and subscriptions, and under EA Access select payment & billing, then select cancel.
