    EA Access canceled the same day I bought a one year


    So title basically says it all, I bought a one year last night and when I got on today the subscription was canceled. Under settings>account>subscriptions, under the EA Access tab it reads "Expired on 1/16/2018" and right under that "Last charge $29.99 on
    1/16/2018". I really don't know what to makes of this, on top of my bank account shows I was charged twice for it. Please help!

    nope code is active for the access EA. I get an error

    bought today in store code EA Access for one year. When activated I get an error

    1 year of xbox live gold + 1month ea Access code problem

    Hello, this morning i have paid for a digital code which contains1 year of xbox live gold + 1month ea Access but when i enter this code on my xbox one, only the one month EA access have been recognized and nothing for the one year of gold. Please someone
    have encountered the same problem..? Thanks.

    I'm on the same account and EA Access shows up that I bought it. I guess im just going to cancel the subscription and get my money back EA support also has zero solutions for a problem I can find from over year ago.

    Have battlefield 4 through premium on Xbox 360, downloaded on Xbox one and after three months of playing it, it tells me I don't own the game and I have to purchase the disc when I have the full download on my xbox one

    If you mean you bought it via the ea pass as a trial for the ea pass

    When you cancel the ea pass you lose access to ea pass free games

    If you bought it at a discount with ea pass you will have to talk to ea

    Yeah EA access is great value for someone that just bought XBOX1 and has no games and only $30 for EA Access. But I already had NBA Live 15 digital for $7 and BF4 for $20 last year. Yeah I could of bought Titanfall for like $10 when it was on sale. But
    didn't. I bought BF Hardline digital right away when it came out. Also how does EA access go if you subscribed for a year or so then cancel? Lose every game from previous years? That be grim like losing XBOX LIVE gold. Also to that poster saying we can
    use money already on our account? We cant? How we paid credit card? I don't like having credit cards on my XBOX1. Don't have none on mine. I buy redeem codes instead.
