I preordered battlefield 1 and never received my EA access one month trial code.

I purchased bf1 ultimate edtion 10 days ago and still no ea access code. Can someone fix this

 

Battlefield 1 - I can't redeem the code

I found the solution, you need to enter first the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked

 

I got mine but the message has since expired and I never copied down the code at the time. Is there any way for it to be recovered?

 

@OwnWig1731 - What date did you pre-order Battlefield 1? Please note that those codes are sent out 7-10 days following the date of pre-order. If after 10 days you don't have a code, let us know and we'll look into it a bit more.
