    Hi,

    So I found that lots of my friends are having a issue with BF4 and the EA Access. I found that this is a known issue by EA and here is a link to their forum that shows just how many people are having this issue. Hope it helps some people.

    EA Access and Same Retail Games Problem

    Any particular reason you redeemed BF4 through EA Access if you already own it on disc? Was it to get access to the digital version?

    Try deleting EA Access and its data and have your girlfriend play Battlefield 4 from disc. If that works, re-install EA Access but don't redeem BF4 again. Then have your girlfriend try one more time.

    B4 on EA Access?

    I bought EA Access and just play it from the My Games & Apps tab. I had bought BF4 (disc copy) and didn't know that you installed the whole game to play it. When I purchased EA Access, I had to download Madden and FIFA, but when I went to download BF4, it just had the option to PLAY. The disc wasn't in the XBOX either, I sold it at GS to pay for a year of EA Access. I buy most of my games digitally, so my question is, do games you buy on a disc still make you download the ENTIRE game?

    just to say i'm in the uk and have had the same problem but just tried it and it now appears to be working ok :0 (time 22.05)

    Can't play BF4, it asks for disc. Rechecked on the access hub and BF4 is now not free just 10% discount. EA rip off already?

    Like hornet said... subscriptions.. problem is... if you paid for a year.. you will still get it... they wont issue your credit for unused time.. ALSO.. you might not know this.. but once you do cancel EA access.. ANY game you downloaded through them will
    automatically become unplayable and you will need to purchase that game at full retail price...

    ex.. you are playing BF4 as you are an EA Access member.. you cancel EA access, you load up BF4, it will say purchase game for $60.00 (or what ever it is selling for)
