    EA Access app wont let me play Battlefield 4 anymore.


    Hi i purchased a 12 month subscription with EA Access. I have been playing and enjoying the game Battlefield 4. When i put it on this evening my Xbox didnt seem to recognise that i have a subscription which lets you download the game and play it. Instead
    it was asking me to insert disk. Note, i have no problem playing other games in EA Access vault.

    Battlefield 4 Premium Not Working with EA Access

    Hey LudicrousFlea,

    Did you install all Battlefield 4 content through the EA Access app, including the season pass?

    I recommend
    uninstalling Battlefield 4 from your Xbox One console     (including Battlefield 4 Premium & all DLC that may be installed). Once you have removed all Battlefield 4 content from your Xbox One console, the next step is to power cycle your Xbox One console by
    pressing and holding the power button until the console fully powers down.

    Once the console has powered down, power on your Xbox One console and install all Battlefield 4 content directly through the EA Vault in the EA Access app. Be sure to let us know what the results are!

    I signed up for a 12 month subscription to EA Access, and attempted to download Battlefield 4 from the vault this morning, to only be given the option to buy it @ $45. I'm hoping this is only a glitch, and EA hasn't pulled the old 'bait & switch' regarding
    BF4s vault status.

    I just called xbox support and they said it was on EA's end. But the thing is the 3 other games work. But yet battlefield 4 is wanting to charge me 44.99 even though its in the vault. I hope this is just a bug and it will be worked out today. Glad I am not
    the only one having problems and hope this gets addressed asap. I will not be getting another month if this is how its going to be.

    Same here. Played for 2 days just fine now this.EA Access app wont let me play Battlefield 4 anymore. :(

    Hey guys, can you all please try holding the power button on your consoles until they shut down. Then unplug everything from them and let them sit for about 5 minutes before hooking everything up again. That should solve the issue for you.

    Just found this post from EA on Twitter. They are aware of the issue and are working on it. Hopefully things will be back up and working for you all again soon.

    Hey, all! This issue should be resolved now. If you're still being asked to pay for your EA Access games, please post back. We want to make sure you have access to those games without double paying. EA Access app wont let me play Battlefield 4 anymore. :D
