    EA Access $5 Credit

    I recently received two messages from Xbox Live regarding an EA Access $5 credit for Madden 17 & NHL 17. I was wondering when these credits will deposit into my account because it hasn't shown up yet below is the messages I received.

    Help me please

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    EA Access $5 credit not working

    Hey there!

    While signed into Microsoft Commerce, look for any Xbox Live Rewards Deposits from the week of November 17th, 2016 (11/17/16). If you see a rewards deposit from that week, that means you're set.
    If you do not have access to the funds now, and you've had purchases made after the deposit, that may indicate that the rewards credit was already used.

    Xbox live gold game disappearing from ready to install

    Anthem and battlefield 5 have never been given away for free with gold. They are available on EA Access. Have you ever had EA Access? If so, it may have expired, if it it has, then the games will not work until you either purchase them or purchase EA Access.

    I'm having the same issue. I DIDN'T go through EA Access and got it for free. Again, not through EA Access. I actually go tot play for like, 5 minutes today, on the 23rd. A day after it's ended. It's ridiculous how that works, since I got it on Xbox, not
    EA Access.

    Currency from gift cards can only be used to purchase games and other content. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription so it cannot be used to buy gold and it does not work with third party subscriptions so it won't work for EA Access. You
    would need to purchase subscriptions via credit card/PayPal or buying a prepaid gold or EA Access card.
