Hey, Mr Ampii! Apologies for any confusion, however these types of promotions send the token out to users' Xbox Live Messages 7-10 days after the purchase is complete. If it hits 9/29 and you still haven't received your token, please post up a new thread

I purchased the xbox live membership limited time offer promotion on the xbox store which is supposed to come with 1 month free EA access but I have not received an EA access subscription code so please help my situation
