    If the code is a 25x character code, lets try redeeming the code on Xbox.com here: https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom&wa=wsignin1.0

    If you still run into an issue, can you check that you have no overdue balances on your account. You will need to pay them off first to redeem any content on your account. You may check here: https://account.microsoft.com/services?lang=en-us&refd=redeem.microsoft.com

    because you cancelled your subscription you can't play EA games that you downloaded from EA acces in order to play those games you need to buy or renew the EA acces subscription

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. In regard to beginning a subscription for EA Access, as it would be on a revolving monthly basis, this would require the entry of a valid credit or debit card. The use of Microsoft account credit
    when setting up a subscription for EA Access may be limited based on region as well, or your amount of credit does not fully cover the cost of the subscription plus any applicable taxes. If you do not wish to add a credit or debit card, then you would need
    to purchase a pre-paid subscription and enter the code via your Microsoft account to enable the subscription.
