EA Acces purchase with account Balance not available !

Some Users have reported via Ambassador Chat.

That they can`t purchase EA-Memberships via Account-Balance.

They have Money on Account.

Purchase only available via CreditCard. Why that again?

This is the same issue which has occured before with for exampe Games for Gold when only the paymentoption CreditCard was available.

i have a problem. i bought a 25 euro gift card and succesfully redeemed a code.

now my balance is a little over 25 euro and i would like to purchase EA access for twelve months. this cost 24,99 euro which means i have enough money on my account. but the only way i found to buy it is to pay the 24,99 directly. i don't want to do this
because it is a waste of my giftcard. so i need to know how i can get EA acces with the money already in my balance

please i realy need help with this

 

Madden 19 Achievements not popping when using EA Access Trial

Is the full game for Madden available in the "EA Access Trial"? My understanding was that only a "trial" was available currently with EA Access and the "trial" versions of Madden normally don't pop achievements until the full game is part of EA Acces

 

I also had this problem and after reading that I paid mine with credit card and now it works fine.

Though I hope I don't actually get charged for the 3 times I tried to pay this with PayPal first (those transaction are listed on my account, but I never got a message from PayPal about that, at least not yet).

Do I have to get in touch with customer service to get those transactions removed or is everything fine as is?

 

Payment for the service is only available via Paypal and Credit Card as per the EA Access FAQ's

Watch Gamestop (US, Europe), EB Games (Canada) and Amazon in the near future to be able to purchase monthly or yearly codes for the app.

 

If you were charged, perceptron, you will want to
contact support to get those refunded.

i hate i cant pay ea acces with my credits on my microsoft account why i need a creditcard more than the half off all the people in the netherlands dont have a credit card why we cant buy ea acces ?????

 

EA handles the payments for their program, not Microsoft. That's why it is set up to not use currency. However, you can set up a Paypal account and use that to pay.

 

i installed EA acces, and choose the option exchange code, so i bought an code for €5,99 after i choose the option with the code. after that nothing happen? ive still got no membership. i dont have an creditcard. so i hope this will work.
