EA acces cancel my paid game

Hi !

the other day, I cancel my EA acces membership. But after canceling, every game from EA that I buy, was considered only with the membership...

to be more clear, I buy with my money the game battlefield 4 and star wars battlefront 2 at lunch day, after that, like 2 month ago, i buy an EA acces membership, and cancel it 2 week ago, but now, when I try to play one of these 2 game, xbox telling me
that I don’t have a EA acces membership and can’t play even if I paid for those game way before...

someone had that problem before and know how to resolve it ?
