E3 Mixpots

Hiya.

I watched almost all of the E3 event last week via my logged-in and linked Mixer account, and somehow did not get the Mixpot. I also watched the Inside Xbox stream the next day and think that I did get that one. Not sure how that works.

Anyway, the FAQ just says to visit this forum and doesn't have any further instructions, and this place is flooded with similar issues, so perhaps this is the right way to go about it? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey. Didnt recieve Mixpot too

No mixpot after watching full e3 show. Didnt recieve mixpot.

 

Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

Hello, I did not receive this year's E3 Mixpot. I previously connected my Mixer account for the E3 2017 Mixpot and received those items. Can someone assist me? Thanks so much.

 

While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of us are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just
a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

You can check by looking at
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. If its not there, Xbox Support will reply to you soon with more details

 

The first Mixpot is not there, but thank you anyway.
