E3 mixpot

Hello didnt receive a code for my e3 mixpot for a like 2 weeks now. I followed all the instructions in the FAQ. Like i signed in my account from my phone than started watching the E3 stream sunday. My brother did receive the code in his xbox live inbox but
i didnt. Could any xbox live employee help with this issue. I wish to get the classic helm pack ive been waiting for 2 weeks. Started watching Sunday like 10 min before it even started.Any ambassadors that can please respond to this or microsoft employe? Ive
been patient with it for a while.

No mixpot after watching full e3 show. Didnt recieve mixpot.

 

Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

Hello, I did not receive this year's E3 Mixpot. I previously connected my Mixer account for the E3 2017 Mixpot and received those items. Can someone assist me? Thanks so much.

• i sign in to Mixer using my Microsoft account
