E3 mixpot

Hello, I did not receive the e3 mixpot from watching the Microsoft presentation through mixer. I reviewed the faq already and made sure that I was logged in (I have done this a couple times before so I know the process). I started watching the stream at
the beginning of the presentation. When I didn't receive the mixpot, I exported and downloaded my mixer data (here
Mixer | Interactive Livestreaming). It shows that I logged in a couple of times when the presentation started but it did not log that I watched it. I think there was some kind of network error because I had to try a few times
to get the stream to work. I was out of my house but I made sure to watch this. I even used up 1.5 gigs of my cell data watching the stream! Am I out of luck because of a network error?

Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

Hello, I did not receive this year's E3 Mixpot. I previously connected my Mixer account for the E3 2017 Mixpot and received those items. Can someone assist me? Thanks so much.
