E3 Mixpot not received

Discus and support E3 Mixpot not received in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have not received my rewards for outer wilds or any of the others from the Microsoft E3 Presentation promotion but I did receive the ones from inside...     E3 Mixpot not received


    I have not received my rewards for outer wilds or any of the others from the Microsoft E3 Presentation promotion but I did receive the ones from inside xbox video, and I was logged in on the same xbox1 device and the same account for both, but have not received
    the preorder or other items.

    Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

    Hello, I did not receive this year's E3 Mixpot. I previously connected my Mixer account for the E3 2017 Mixpot and received those items. Can someone assist me? Thanks so much.

    Only got inside xbox mixpot, no e3 mixpot

    I streamed both events on my android app, but only received the inside xbox mixpot. Still haven't received the e3 mixpot.

    I never received a message about watching the E3 stream but I have some items appear on my order history today, the smite one states E3 Mixpot. Have you checked your order history on microsoft.com?
    That's where I always find mixpots.
