E3 Mixpot - No message/Mixpot after viewing via Mixer app

G'day guys,

I've just had a chat with the online tech support who have pointed me here. I viewed the E3 conference via the Mixer iOS app whilst logged in to my account which is linked to my Microsoft account. Admittedly I was unable to view the full conference like
this as the application was booting my account at the start of the conference. However, I was logged in for the second half. Following the conference I didn't receive a message to note I was eligible for the Mixpot and assumed there was a delay until they
were available. But no dice!

Any assistance would be muchly appreciated.

watched the e3 2017 event via mixer on my xbox one s...but didn't receive the free mixpot games...rare replay and all

 

Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

 

I'm in the same boat. I watched through the mixer Android app. I missed the first few minutes because I forgot about mixer and was watching on YouTube at the start.

 

Bummer! I've got my fingers crossed that I made it within the first 1 million viewers and that my account shows that. Hope yours is sorted in the near future also pal.
