    E3 MixPot Need Reply ASAP


    Hello guys. It’s been a week after the E3 Mixer livestream and my mixpot Classic Req Pack for Halo (Including GoW4 Lancer Skin) automatically installed to my xbox. However, when I launch halo 5, my req pack does not appear. Please help? Thanks

    No mixpot after watching full e3 show. Didnt recieve mixpot.

    Please know that customers who viewed the E3 event live through their Mixer account are the only ones eligible to receive the MixPot rewards. With that said, after further research,
    we have confirmed that there is no Mixer account associated to the Gamer Tag: C H 4 N L Y. Thus, the reason you are unable to access the "Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ Pack".

    We were able to determine you have received the E3 MixPot rewards on your account. Please check our

    E3 MixPot FAQ     for a list of which content to look for in your 'Ready to install' list on your Xbox One console. Keep in mind that some of the content is DLC for other games, and you will need to own those games to install the DLC.

    Keep us posted if you find the content!
