I have been awarded the pre-order of Outer Wilds as my mixer reward but i have not got the Halo 5 Classic Helmet pack that i was more excited...     E3 Mixer rewards


    Hello. I have been awarded the pre-order of Outer Wilds as my mixer reward but i have not got the Halo 5 Classic Helmet pack that i was more excited for. Is there a reason for this or will it come later?

    Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

    Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

    BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

    Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

    What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

    I watched Microsoft’s e3 on mixer and I believe I never received the rewards.

    Hey Mad Agrar,

    To answer your question, yes. Customers who viewed the E3 event live through Mixer are the only ones eligible to receive the MixPot rewards.

    We greatly appreciate your interest in the E3 2018 MixPot rewards. At this time, all users who watched the E3 2018 Xbox Press Conference live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should have had their rewards
    unlocked. Unfortunately, quantities were limited, so that could be why you never received them.

    What is MixPot?

    Mixpot is like a reward for watching a stream on mixer if the broadcaster do that. This Was the case for the xbox briefing at e3.

    You get free stuff for your xbox like items for sea of thieves or other games.
