E3 2018 mixpot

I watched the 2 mixer streams for E3 and didn't get any of the mixpot items. I was watching them with my fiancee and her account got the first set only but my account didn't get either? what can be done to get this items?

E3 Mixpot 2018

Never received my mixpot for watching the Xbox E3 2018 Briefing.

i haven’t gotten my e3 2018 mixpot yet, where is it?

 

For issues with Mixer and the Mixpots you need to have had your Xbox Account linked to your mixer account, if this was not done whilst you were watching them, then they will not have been sent to you.

If you did have your xbox account linked, then you need to contact the mixer support / forums to inform them that you have not received them. Usually they are sent out upto 3 weeks after the stream.

 

I contacted mixer support first, they told me to contact xbox support and xbox support told me to post here saying that the mods here can get me what i should have gotten...

i was linked and got last years mix pot no problem...

We greatly appreciate your interest in the E3 2018 MixPot rewards. At this time, all users who watched the E3 2018 Xbox Press Conference live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should have had their rewards
unlocked. Unfortunately, quantities were limited, so that could be why you never received them.

as i stated earlier. the support person i spoke with told me that i needed to post here and i would receive them... they made it sound like i should have gotten them but didn't and that posting here would get me them...

Like the other agent has stated it is now impossible to grab any more of those rewards. We cannot provide anymore of E3 Mixpot rewards.
