    E208 after last update, Alpha Skip-Ahead 2011.201009-0000


    Unable to to get update completed, always "Something went wrong" @ Step 3/3 66% (around 84%).



    With the current situation, my only options are in troubleshooter: Offline Update and System Reset (factory) - Turn off makes no diff, and restart same.

    Can anyone tell me if the OSU1 will get me in a state to reapply the update? Or are my hands tied and I have to do a factory reset (er refresh lol).



    This console is a dinosaur, original Day One Xbox One. Thanks to anyone who can shed light on my next steps.

    The new update is only out for some Alpha & Alpha skip ahead insiders at the moment.

    If you're in the Omega ring then you'll probably be the last ring to get the update before it's released to everyone.

    Well if he's in the insider programn then he got a update today had the same issue the alpha & apha skip ahead builds are broken for 50% of the people that are ih that group so don't update your console if you're in alpha or alpha skip ahead
