E202 Hard reset because of DDossed

I got an E202 error, but theres no such error thru Microsoft only E200 and E203

Recently I've been d dossed on rainbow6siege and I shut off my wifi and console from the wall socket

And apparently straight after that my xbox [Mod Removed-Profanity itself

I had to default reset the console since, and now when I log in, the console is super slow and I cant play any games whatsoever, I've updated a couple games and they dont even work. So what's the problem?

It's not the ddosing that is the problem, it's just I cant play any games whatsoever and I keep getting a black screen. And I keep resetting the console and nothing changes

I see you are having an issue with DDOS'ing you will need to contact your ISP in order to fix the internet connection issue, the error code probably will not clear up until then. If you have the name of the player/s please file a report DoS
and DDoS attacks on Xbox One FAQ for enforcement to looking to the matter as well as reporting it to UBI support. How can I report a player in Rainbow

Terribly sorry you are experiencing this. I highly suggest following the advice on contacting your Internet service provider.

Are you aware if your console is still under warranty? You can check this and request a repair.

Usually E errors will occur due to not being able to update properly.

Our suggestion here, please attempt to follow the steps provided through our
Xbox One console system update support article. The main focus of this article is the Offline System update.

Please try this out for us and then let us know the results.
