E200 after recent preview program update

So, I downloaded the first January preview update a couple of weeks back, it worked fine for awhile, then I noticed that my console was becoming more and more sluggish over time, the guide would take longer to load, apps were crashing randomly, game saves
were becoming corrupted for no apparent reason, which were all mild annoyances, but now, my console seems to be completely bricked.

I've tried all possible troubleshooting solutions (i.e. OSUDT3, OSUDT2 and Factory Restore) along with a few other suggested methods. None of them have worked, the only thing that came close to even completing it's job was the Factory Restore, which gets about
half way into "preparing console" or whatever and then it goes straight to e200, it's perpetually stuck on the Factory Restore no matter what I do, so I can't even start up any of the other OSUDT files now. I'll only get one power up noise and then the power
down noise.

I would like to send it in for repairs, but, my xbox is out of warranty and I'm not willing to pay the $115 to do so, which I shouldn't even have to do because it says right in the terms of use that by joining the Preview Program, my warranty would be extended
for my duration in the program as long as the issue is potentially caused by an update.

I spoke with live chat and they merely told me to either pay the $115, buy a used xbox, buy a new xbox or just go back to 360 (which in my opinion is rather patronizing) before directing me to the forums and because apparently the forum staff have more authority
on these issues than support.

So, TL;DR My Xbox was bricked by a preview update, I've tried everything to fix it, nothing I can do, since I'm a preview member, I was wondering if a staff member here could possibly grant me the benefit of the preview program warranty extension?

I am in the xbox preview program and the recent cortana update bricked my xbox.

 

Xbox Preview Program Issues

It says "group not found." So if I am not in the preview program as the chat representative said, what is the issue for my party chat not working after the most recent Xbox update?

 

Also, I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but, the only one that I saw for the preview program forum was registration support.

 

You should post in preview forums just post on any page there not too strict, The official staff there will help all they can,
