e106 error please help???

System wont install games unless I do it through the store. Then at a random time of me playing a game and getting to a save spot it will stop the game and say it cant be saved and either cancel or go to settings which I will go to settings the get e106

If the troubleshooting provided above has not resolved this issue then as stated in the support page you would need to get it serviced.

You can always register the console through the
Device Support site so that you may set up the service order.

For new internal hard drives it gets sent in for repairs Via the repair way of things https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/xbox-one/warranties-and-repair press
the 1st tab and take it from there it then take you to a secound page where it then will take you to a mircosoft webpage for repairs

It sounds like there is a issue with OS so a factory reset should be the way to fix it. Since you mentioned issues getting in settings which is the normal way to fix things like this an offline factory reset should reslove it but here is how to normally
