Thanks for keeping us updated. The Xbox Insider users do get different updates due to them testing upcoming changes that are being made for general users. It can sometimes cause issues with the console. Did you purchase the console from someone, and
did the console come with an account on it?
The Xbox Insider Program requires that you apply for it with your Microsoft account and the serial number to the console is attached to that account through the program. You may want to

reach out to Xbox Insider support to ask about that specific OS version, and how to sign up when a console may already be registered with another account. We look forward to hearing from you again

Unfortunately, I do not know the entire history of this Xbox. However, from what I do know, it is entirely possible that it was once part of the Xbox Insider Program. I have never been enrolled in this program, but am very technically inclined and would
certainly consider it if that is part of the solution.
