e105 error Xbox one x console preview program

Hi

A couple of days ago my Xobx one x had an error where i couldn't save my games then i did a power cycle and my xbox came back with a e105 error reset your xbox to factory defaults.

after a few attempts at that my xbob started working again for about 3 days then it had another error where it wouldn't read any discs i did a power cycle again and same e105 error factory reset your console at which point i tried resetting it again and
it didn't work it would only freeze on my. i tried downloading the latest os onto a usb to fix it which didn't work as well.

i have also just spent the last day trying to get help from the 1800555741 number to no avail as i have to come to the forums for help.

i wish to have the problem fixed asap.

Preview update not downloading and causing errors. Making console un-usable

I used to be a part of the preview program and one of the updates endes up murdering my X with the dreaded E105 error. Honestly just open up a repair ticket with MS at this point, and remove yourself from the insider program. Theyll repair the console,
youll get it back and things will be back to normal. I havent had any issues since dropping the insider program and having my console repaired.

 

Xbox one x issue

is microsoft going to fix the error code E105 on the xbox one x. You know the faulty console people are paying 500 dollars for

i'm sorry this is unacceptable i spent most of yesterday on the phone to your support to be told to post here for help im not going else where i am going to go to fair trading this is the most useless customer service experience i have ever received.
