    has anyone came across this error code before. happened a while ago and have tried everything including offline system update. when i try that i never hear the double tones then the screen up start up error. any help would be appreciatied

    Hello Drāgo the Dragon,

    Thank you for replying back and updating us on the current status of the issue. At this time, if you have already gone through the troubleshooting steps for both E102 and E101 then the only thing left to do is to send the console in to get repaired.
    There are two ways to send the console in for a repair, you can either go through the
    Devices Website, which will allow you to register your console to the account and create a repair order. Or you can
    Contact Xbox Support for further assistance. In either case you will be able to create a repair order to fix the issues with the console.

    Thanks for this, tried it all, nothing. Microsoft has said they would reply within 24hrs, and this is a known problem by them!
