    E101 E102 E106 system error and preparing console 0% stuck when updating offline


    so i have an issue with my console, randomly when i was playing the wifi disconnected and my console turned off, when i turn it on, the screen went black. i resolved that issue but now im on the troubleshoot page so everytime i turn it on it goes there witherror e101or 102 or 106, i have tried to factory reset, normal restart but it wont work and keeps putting me back there, My os versionis 19041.4788.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2011.201111.0000. idk if this means im in that insider beta program or not. plus when i go to the osu site, there is no update for this so i tried to update with the osu 2 and 3 seperately of course and then the update says preparing console and remains at 0%, what can i do to resolve this issue and get my xbox to a normal state, i have the original xbox one. Thank you whoever give any solutions/suggestions

    edit: i uninstalled everything so a factory reset then installed the update and that fixed everything.unfortunately idkif my saves are still there or not but installed games etci need to reinstall

    Thank you for your reply. We have done that and it goes right back to the error screen with with a new error code we have had e106 e102 e101. E101 is the last one we got after doing the offline update

    All i keep getting is preparing console and something went wrong. The error codes change from e101 to e102.

    I have done the offline update, but when I click on the offline update option it says Preparing Console and it stays stuck at 0%.

    Are you getting an error code such as E102, E106, E101, etc.

    Or is it simply stuck in a certain percentage?
