    When i turned on my xbox a system error came on the screen. It shows “restart xbox” and “troubleshoot” ive trued to restart it and even reset it. it shows the update is at 51% but nothing changes and it brings me back to the system error screen.

    Scroll down to E100 steps in this support page, System update solution startup error, and follow the steps outlined.

    Be aware that if you are in a Insiders preview ring, steps 3 & 4 (offline system update) will not work unless you unenroll from Insiders.

    E100 error generally means the coonsole hardware is failing and a repair is required.

    An E100 Error? That sounds like a failed system update error. Follow the steps listed here

    “I need help with system updates on my Xbox One”     you should get some good steps to resolve your issue.

    OK, this is the second time in two or three months that the system update causes the e100 error. The first two steps of the update are ok. When it reaches the third step it crashes and troubleshoot apppears with the e100 error. This is becoming annoying.
    Fix your updates. My console is not the only one with this issues due to a recent system update.
