E100 error when updating on Preview program. Is my console bricked, if so, can I receive ...

So, the other day, I received a preview update, and when my console started "Applying update", it stayed at 0% for about 15 minutes, then restarted, and went to the troubleshoot screen. The error was E100. This has happened to me before, so I tried to fix
it by factory resetting and keeping all games & apps, like I did last time. This didn't work, it eventually just went back to the Troubleshoot screen. This time I attempted to install OSUDT1 via offline flash drive update. Didn't work. Tried OSUDT2. Didn't
work. Tried factory resetting while also deleting all games and apps, this didn't work either. I looked up this E100 error and apparently other people had similar issues, it bricked their consoles basically.

My question is, assuming none of you have a solution, is it possible the $115 fee for getting my console replaced could be waived? Considering that I'm willingly using the preview program, a system in which I am testing unfinished updates for free bricked
my console, I believe I should be compensated.

Xbox One Bricked

My xbox one just received an update via the preview members program, after updating I was met with the E100 00000000 00000000 error. I contacted support, multiple times, and was walked through the Offline Diagnostics process, multiple times. Now I have an
E200 00000000 00000000 error. Chat and phone support have been all but helpful in resolving this issue. Any help on fixing this issue or obtaining a replacement that won't cost me $115 (as the Terms and Conditions clearly stated that Microsoft will exchange
your console if it is bricked because of a preview program download.) would be much appreciated.

 

xbox one e100 error after preview dashboard early update

ive been in the preview dashboard for a while and had no real problems. 4 weeks ago i got an early update on the preview dashboard and got a e100 error after updating. i power cycled but nothing fixed it. so i finally set back to factory default and kept
my games and apps, it worked but i had another update today and same e100 error popped up. this time it didn't go away until i fully restarted my system to factory defaults. anyway any idea if its the update or is it the console just going bad?
