    E100 error on second Xbox enrolled into preview (Xbox One S)


    Got an update overnight last night and turned it on this afternoon to be stuck on an update/install loop where it goes to the troubleshooting screen. I have tried every option available including offline update with OSU1. Resetting Xbox (both options) just leads me back to the loop - as does the OSU1 offline update.

    Microsoft support tells me that if I receive an E100 error, then it would need repairing. However, do the same circumstances apply if I'm in the preview program, meaning, could I just wait for an update to be pushed that could potentially fix that error, rather than sending it off for repair?

    Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
    error message.
