    My Xbox account was hacked and permanently suspended/banned. I submitted and appeal and it was approved I received an email saying the suspension was lifted but I still can’t access anything.

    It’s been a few weeks since I’ve received the email and I’ve tried removing my account and everything. Still nothing.

    I’ve read that people were seeing their error code 80151103 resolved today, although there are still many experiencing the outage. I currently played my console offline today and could never get it connected to Xbox Live due to the error code 8015190E. It’s been two weeks since they connected to live on the Xbox 360 servers. Quite a frustrating experience.

    I’ve had the exact same problem for weeks now month. Game Pass and XBox Live working fine as are any updates. But I get the blank store screen you shared and the weird long error code.

    The app info says it was from July 21 install with no update since and it’s been probably that long since it worked
