I have the same error. I sent you my device to get it fixed under warranty. All you did is put into my xbox latest update - no hardware check! Instead of giving me correctly working blueray drive they just updated my xbox - nice partial fix! So it solved
error only until next update. Right now my console is useless brick. My warranty ended recently (i reported problem before warranty was gone) so right now - microsoft want me to pay 300 euro to send it to you just to get this joke service again... I see this
problem all over internet so it is well known even for you. It's blueray drive verification problem.

I subscribe gamepass ultimate and buy lots of games every month. I'm not thiev i'm your faithful customer. Wish I could refund all my games.

I think XboX decided not to work more, but not by our own fault..

It's the upgrade fault that crashed it all, the conclusion.

please see the steps for E100 on this trouble shooting page: http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution, it does mean that the console needs to be serviced/repaired

You can set up a repair yourself via https://devicesupport.microsoft.com or contact Xbox Support, be aware that this could result in additional costs.

When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Since you mentioned that you have experienced issues with the console before and send it in, I suggest to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) again to see what options there are for you.

That link works for most regions, currently it doesn't show the US or Canada numbers, but there is a call back option on the support page for those regions.

We did it, all of them, like 2 hours of our lifes (or more) trying to fix a Xbox problem... And nothing happens.

We tried with wifi, cable, offline, restarting, disconnecting by an hour the xbox.... Nothing is working...
