E100 00000703 80910002 error

Sent the unit in for a warranty repair for the disk drive not accepting disk or them getting stuck in it , comes back from repair with a letter saying its been factory default to get the best performance.

Plug it in going through the update process and now its stuck at 100% verifying, but 52% through the process and pulls up the error

E100 00000703 80910002

give you the option to factory reset but this just comes back to the same screen then fails.

Only took a month for them to repair it

Due to the current connection you have I know campus's have certain restrictions etc. If you are unable to update successfully, I suggest doing the same as you have in past or even go to any place off campus to update.

None of them work, and i cant send it back as the roiginal repair is still open, so it will only let me raise a repair for an accessory

agent just called, but as it was 20:01 and they close at 20:00 cut the call off
