E-Slim connection to PC Monitor

So recently I bought am Xbox 360 E-Slim from best buy. And I want to connect it to my Pc Monitor but the only trouble I have is I don't know how. So if you're reading this can you tell me any requirements my Monitor needs or any materials for this to work.

Connecting my XBOX 360 E (the new console) to a pc monitor

Hello. I want to connect my XBOX 360 E (the newest console on the market) to a pc monitor. My monitor only has a vga connection and there is a new vga connection on the back of the new XBOX. So, how should I connect those two? Thanks in advice.

which cables do i need to hook up xbox 360 slim-e to vga monitor(no hdmi) with speakers? all i can find are old xbox 360 slim guides

From what I know about the Xbox 360 E-Slim it only has one type of display port. That being HDMI. And from what I can recall there are three display options for monitors. Those being VGA(D-SUD), DVI, and HDMI. If you're having a problem with connecting that
Xbox 360 to the monitor, then it likely that you purchased a monitor that doesn't have a HDMI port, but probably still has either a DVI port or a VGA port. To resolve this issue all you will need is a VGA to HDMI converter or an DVI to HDMI converter. Here

thx Wpak oh yes my friend u came to the point of what i wanted to discuss ,, so first my monitor is samsung b2030n it's old it has only rgb in no hdmi no dvi which i totally don't know what both of them do LOL ,, so pls dear tell me what is the optical out
will do with my monitor and if i bought the new E slim how i'm gonna connect it to my monitor and whether i'll be able to connect any headsets or what ,,,, totallllllllllllllllllllllllly confused HELP

My monitor doesn't have an HDMI connection

There are HDMI to DVI cables. There are digital audio to analog audio adapters. There are also VGA cables for 360s that have an AV port (the 360 E does
not).

yes i know after ur help and explanation thank u so much dear , but as i told u before the slim console is expensive related to the e slim sadly as for me i wanna save me the headache and buy the slim but as for now i can't, i can bring only the E slim
,,, by the way i checked the specs of my monitor Samsung b2030n and it says it has Analog RGB / DVI Video Signals will this makes any difference now the dvi thing will it help now

you mean the clip on drive for the older fat 360 as long as it is connecting to a similar 360 yes. if you want to use it on a newer slim or slim E model no.
