    Can I add Gears 3 to my download list without an Xbox 360?

    Check your e-mail address with xbox live and check your e-mail address you're making your purchase with on xbox.com

    Are they the same? I "purchased" gears of war 3 easily.

    E-mail connexion problem

    Hello,

    In order to assist you I'll need to get some information so we can skip steps if necessary.

    Please visit this page here. When you're logged in on top, do you see "Your account is protected by two-step verification."?

    If you've recently set this up on your Microsoft Account then you'd need to generate an App Password. This can be done towards the bottom of that page linked above. Once you have the App Password, you'll want to use this password to login to the Xbox
    360 and download your profile on the Xbox 360.

    -

    If you don't have 2-Step Verification turned on, then try to do the following in the exact order they are written:

    Delete your profile (profile only), clear
    your system cache (3 times in a row)    , restart your console, download your profile.

    Can't access microsoft account e-mail connected to my account.

    the problem is with the e-mail account connected to my account. I need to update it to my current e-mail but i cannot login to the current e-mail connected to it, causing a whole heap of problems for me.

    The problem is the old e-mail uses outlook, while the current e-mail does not. Whenever I attempt to copy over the code, it wants me to log into an outlook e-mail, not allowing to use my current e-mail. Not asking for a new e-mail, just what part of the
    URL must be copied to avoid this issue?

    If that old e-mail no longer exists, create a new e-mail and change the WLID on the Xbox LIVE account to the new e-mail.

    Gamertag e-mail problem.

    Contact support - 1 Email is only goof for 1 GT

    if you still have control of the GT on your home console this will make the call much easier - just be infront of the machine when you start.
